I'm working Saturday, but the tv is set already to record Wales v Japan, Scotland v Argentina, and then the highlights of England v Fiji. What a day. Think if I'd been off it would have been a great day to find a pub with Sky/BT Sport and watch England then Ireland live. Hey ho, can't have it all. I hope Ireland can beat NZ again Rog I guess Stumpy and Gazza will be tied up Friday night too. 'B' team rugby rules again

Busy day for me, boat is coming out and being chocked in the morning, as soon as it's on blocks it's at it with the pressure washer. Then it's over to the mother in law's to drop the dog off, home to collect wife and nipper then foot down to Alan Partridge land to see the new addition to my brother's family. Brother is a wendyball supporter so no rugby to be had there Friday will be radio noddy and a few beers. Rumour has it Woods is now back with England squad as Hughes and Billy V are crocked.

Not heard that, ta.
In fairness, Tom Woods had a pretty good game, but for the early penalty.

I would like to see Harrison get a go, we shall see. There's another Northampton forward in the Fijian squad for Saturday - Campese Ma'Afu brother of hero of Northampton Salesi Ma'Afu Avenged Dylan's sending off in the 2013/final that Young's had no small part in. Rumour has it Salesi was given the keys to the town 2014 semi final, We went down to 14 men, Tom Young's got a yellow for starting it, Salesi got a red for finishing it. Tom Woods scored the match wining try at the death. Probably the most exciting game I've ever seen at Franklin's Gardens.

Another angle. We were in the Burda, it was like a pressure cooker. Goneva should have been gone for some filthy tackling on Myler and North to name just two. Doyle just about kept things in order, making up for the utter shambles Waynetta had been in charge of in the previous couple of games against our neighbours. When the final whistle went it would be fair to say we were all delirious!

Not a fan of Wayne Barnes then?
An Italian in charge of the England game on Saturday. Marius Mitrea, only 34yrs.
Bet he can't see if a ball's fed into the scrum straight.

Rog It's been going on since the Tualgi affairs in 2011. Why the stuffed shirts and PRL get him to officiate at Northampton Leicester games is beyond me. By far the best current Ref is Nigel Owens, he's partial to a curry on the Welly Road when he comes to town for our European games.

You get your wish, Gazza, with Harrison getting a suck at the sauce bottle.
It'll be interesting to see how he fairs. I'm sure being hooked after 30 mins on the Aussie tour must be in his mind. I hope he doesn't try to do too much.
Likewise, I think Rokoduguni has been knocking on the door. Great player at Bath but that doesn't always mean he'll just slide into the international team.
Looking forward to the games.
Of course Stumpy and Gazza will be focussing more on overcoming Bristol and Worcester first.
Lets hope for great games, and no serious injury.

Good job Myler was up to it. Who you going to get to fill his boots?
Of course Baarth did the honours and march on.
Hope a good night was had by all and we can now enjoy the serious business of international rugby.
Autumn internationals......I love 'em.

I miss my rugger, not played for donky`s years and not even watched it, just too busy to sit and watch telly. Lucky i get time to be here at times. I need to make more time i think. Sooner the boat is done the better i think.
