Yes not sure I am in favour either, but I will be interesting to see how it plays out. Looking forward to tomorrow.

England France first half has been the same turgid crap I'm used to as a saints supporter. Got to turn it on in the second half. France have brought their number 1 bosh game plan, wonder if there is anything else in the bag?

Wow.
Wow.
Two exciting games. The Scots were amazing first half, but the Irish had loads of ball and just seemed to lose their way. Glad the Scots held on as over all I thought they earned it. Laidlow (as usual) and Hogg were terrific.
What happened to France. They were really good! Huge credit for getting the win, but if we go to Cardiff and play that way, we've no chance
Picamoles was outstanding. Glad we didn't have to play them in Paris (like Wales he he).
Terrific first day. This competition always surprises.
Wow.

My Mama says " Never pist while you're posted"
So I'll review our pitiful performance against Le Frog's (who turned up today for a game of rugby) tomorrow. Swing Low TTFN

We were out last night so missed the match live, however watched it when we got back in, so late night. France turned up for once, Referee's inexperience showed, surely England should have one man watching the ball coming into the lineout. We were lucky to scrape that win, reminded me of England under Lancaster no excuses. And now something I thought I would never say; Scotland top the table over England

No excuses, the better team lost!!
I have a good feeling when we can be under the cosh, and yet pull out the win. Some character there.
And all ref's pee me off. All that fannying about at scrum time so their scrum half can toss the ball to his own eight. What's the point.

Rog So true a while ago the IRU said that put in should be straight so the ball could be hooked back as it was in my day. After a couple of weeks the refs started ignoring the rule as scrums were going nowhere as "hookers" can't fulfil their primary funcion anymore!

It was a pretty grim, worse still I was only a couple of beers in (cheers Wayne! ) not quite back to full strength after a bought of flu!

I would agree as well, England very much as they were under Lancaster. They need the get things together for next week, but Wales are not looking anything special at the moment.
