Looks like it, the question is for how long? A mini-flounce, a midi-flounce, a maxi-flounce or a Full Blown Flouncerama?
I have to say I sympathise with him a bit, constant low level sniping is pretty wearing.

I have to say I sympathise with him a bit, constant low level sniping is pretty wearing. Indeed it is, particularly when you cannot tell the person who is doing it exactly what you think of their pathetic snipes in a more 'forthright' way, unlike here where you can. I was spending less time of late on there anyway so it was probably just the nudge I needed.

Can you point me in their direction please? It would be interesting to me to see if the perpetrators are some of the usual suspects. Roger

He is not someone who I have had previous run ins with AFAIK so I don't get it either, I do 'get it' when it's somebody who I have previously had a good row with or (numerous rows with!) like a few on here but it's extremely irritating when somebody just seems to jump on your posts for no apparent reason. There isn't enough reason for me to stay there any longer anyway, if I was still boating maybe I would have done. Of course that begs the question why stay here too but as I don't see this as a predominantly boating forum it seems valid to stick around and give the pikey bashers something to aim at.

Roger GG has obliged, there have been others but I honestly can't be arsed to search for the fools input.

I read both threads (Bed Wetting and Can-Caravanners-Be-Here-Too?) and found CWDF to be turning into an elderly persons' home, all not-very-stimulating. At least geo provides us with a laugh:
"I have...found that screwing...in heavy rain or rain and high winds...considerably reduces any blow...or splashes."

Come on in Martin, the water is lovely I didn't even have the will to go and look at GG'S list. I haven't the time to waste knowing I can never get it back!

Did you miss the bit in the revised forum rules and guidelines that forbids members from passing off exploits undertaken in caravans under threads about boating activity? Am sure I saw it.
JP . post 32 in 'Scone or Scone', MJG, on 11 Dec 2016 - 9:07 PM, said: Ok then. How do you pronounce Staithes. Village near Whitby No googling. ---- Doesn't matter as none of us will ever take our canal boat there to find out. Another one for the alternative CWDF.

ETA to say "bugger" since I can't claim Canalism now this thread has been moved to the Virtual Pub. . post 3 in 'Bed Wetting'. MJG, on 11 Dec 2016 - 10:48 PM, said:
I think you have posted this on the wrong forum. -------
I think he has a boat not a caravan to be fair Martin.

I have to say I sympathise with him a bit, constant low level sniping is pretty wearing. Here you can respond to low and high level sniping with a sweary topic, and cause some collateral flouncing. There's always the ignore button on CWDF, made good use of it in the past when I needed a break from someone's drivel.
