Gonna be applying for a cart licence myself soon. After being kicked off carts waterways some time ago.I got a moorings. insurance. and bss certificate.oh and a years licence fee to pay.i wonder if I will succeed in this matter. Will be interesting to know what the outcome will be, from your side, you've got everything they require.
It may be depending on who's desk your demand will end up.
Success.
Peter.

It is of interest to compare the EA regime with CaRT’s, respecting this element also.
Unlike CaRT, the EA legislation specifically permits the EA to refuse further renewal respecting any boat for which it had occasion to revoke it’s registration previously. Even so, on the available figures, they have renewed registrations for hundreds of boats they have prosecuted, and even renewed registration for boats they have removed under their equivalent of s.8, when the owners coughed up the removal and storage costs in order to retrieve them.
BW have been known to re-licence seized boats, but only 3, I recall, amongst the hundreds seized and the very few retrieved. The awkwardness they will now face with Andy and others like him, will be refusing in the face of acknowledgements that they cannot.

It's all pathetic anyway cus if cart would of gave me the moorings which i asked for in the first court case)(Beeston offside road) then it wouldn't of ended up in this situation at all. My barrister should of grown a set of balls and told the judge pugsley the moorings cart gave me wasn't suitable like I instructed mr Johnson too do.but no he didn't
