Although I now boat on the continent I like to keep in touch with the canal scene. Started with a canoe on the Nene progressed to 20000 ton tankers then a dolphin cruiser at gosgrove and a big jump to 72 ft Northwich motor ex BWB camping and coal carrying and now a 100 year old Dutch barge. Learnt a little about canals and boats over the last 45 years but still learning. Attachments:

We keep our boat at Titchmarsh and are regular visitors to the Middle Levels and Great Ouse. Much has changed here in my lifetime, especially in the last 15 years or so, not all good but there we are!

Welcome to the only boat forum where you can say what you think, although it turns out some of us don't think very much Pull up a seat, grab a virtual drink of your choice, and chat away. Rog

My small Dutch barge celebrated her 100th birthday this year, hope she'll float another 100 years, but surely not with me onboard .
She you around, here or in the flesh.
Peter.
