I can't decide whether Blair is just arrogant in the extreme, highly deluded, insane, or a combination of all these things. He's generally discredited by all, including the vast majority of the party he used to lead. Given this, a little humility would be called for, you'd think. Not a bit of it. He comes out all guns blazing, seemingly unaware that the vast majority of people either ignore his words or otherwise, hold them in utter contempt. He could disappear from public life and continue to make fortunes from his business interests. I really don't understand the guy. He can be described in one word. Megalomaniac. Symptoms of Megalomania Delusional belief of superiority. Delusions of greatness. Delusions about one's own power. Delusions about one's own importance. No need for a thesaurus there

If you really want to be fair and guage the correct temperature, how about having another 2 referendums/votings and going on the 2 out of the 3 ? Or best out of five? Phil

I always felt that Blair was a Tory at heart but knew he would never make it in the Conservative party and so rose up through Labour making it more and more right wing. I also think he is so toxic to the voters that most will do the opposite of what he asks, so the best way for him to stop Brexit would be for him to say it is the best for the UK.

Blair gives me the creeps.. That is a most polite word for describing him. I prefer the Anglo-Saxon myself.

Show me the money! That's it. Rog

I think the question is why have the views of an ex PM been given so much air time. He isn't even a member of parliament is he?

Every time you quote me, Peter, we see his ugly mug again - no more quotes here, OK !! Actually, I think I might print that - even his teeth are crooked.

We have a club on Gresham Street but I've never been there. My Bro is one of the head honchos, they get a say in who the mayor, sheriff etc are. Special handshakes wink wink. I don't and have never approved of this sort of inherited power however marginal so I don't join in. To be fair, their only real purpose nowadays is administering £millions of charitable funds under their control which they manage to do at virtually zero cost, and to look out for any widows or orphans of other members. Most money goes to help destitute and homeless in London. Maybe they should buy some boats.
