Ok for a virtual beer. I'm delivering a 60' NB from Furnase vale on the peak forest to Mercia marina on the Trent and Mersey. I set of at 9 am this Sunday, where am I moored now? Kept within speed limit no wash etc, use daylight hours apart from 2 hours to get to the bottom of the Bosley flight. Nearest to 50 yards get the beer! 🍺

I calculate you are already at your destination. I look at it like this - 9 hours Sunday to 6pm, 12 hours on Monday 6am-6pm, and 10 hours today. That's 31 hours driving the boat.

Not quite there, moored ( surprisingly) outside a pub, sat in there now, and it's not a pub, but a restaurant/ eatie pub.

For a holiday boater. I thought I was quite close. I must of underestimating your ability.
I will get myself a virtual beer. Actually did that I'll get a real one and cry into it for losing.

It's been a good trip apart from getting soaked to the skin Sunday/ Monday. Stunning when I left Stone this morning. Sat on the boat now and yep, it's pissing it down. Still 6 miles and two locks and that's me done. Well apart from 4 boat safetys I've got to do tomorrow afternoon around Skipton
