On impulse I purchased a 4 pack of Wispa bars in our local co-op, £1 for 4 - bargain? Maybe not. The bastard thing is tiny 30g to be precise, the outer packaging must be fill of air to give the illusion of a full size bar. Kraft are robbing bastard's

Well, not only that but since Mondelez changed the production process to sour the milk and create butyric acid, Cadbury's chocolate tastes like baby vomit too. So perhaps in a way it's a Good Thing that you got less of it.

I'm not a big chocolate muncher, but that iconic label was enough to tempt me, shan't fucking bother again. Wankers

When i was at school they reduced the size of mars bars from 65g to 62.5g, put the price up then put them back to 65g anf said "now the mars bar is bigger" or something.
Marketing con tricks.
I hate chocolate bars but stole/ate a lot of them on way back from school ! Consumed 6 yorkie bars (when they had 7 chunks) in 25 minutes once. They are not for girls.

Ah the joys of the modern world we live in. I wish I'd left it as a memory from the past now. I've often said the past is a better place to be stuck, usually with reference to clothes, cars, motorbikes and music. Didn't think chocolate would join the list!

Didn't think chocolate would join the list! i suppose every generation has said the same. But personally at the present time I think we are witnessing a peak time for companies ripping consumers off. After all one of the easiest ways of increasing profits is to charge the same for less. It's the trick crt are trying to play.

It's all very well reminiscing about the past but think on this: the future isn't what it used to be...

The official line is things are reduced in size to stop them putting the prices up because the price of ingredients has gone up.

Into my heart an air that kills from yon far country blows what are those blue remembered hills what farms, what spires are those? It is the land of lost content I see it shining plain, the happy highways where I went and cannot come again A.E. Houseman Nostalgia has never been what it used to be Rog
