Can I press you for information regarding the number of boxes of shite stored on his boat please and can I ask what progress he has made on his exciting 'gassifier' initiative? Thing is, now I've actually met Kris, spent a few hours chatting with him, been shown around his boat and been told about the enormous efforts he's made to save a historic boat from the gas-axe, I feel a bit guilty about joining in with the "shit smelling cardboard box" thing, although to his credit, he did recognise it as late night internet bloke banter. The facts man, the facts!

There were hundreds of them, in the boat, all over the roof, on the towpath, I'd noticed an ever more pungent smell of shit from about the Macclesfield area.

My ex step dad is polish and was smuggled here during the war when he was 3. He can't remember his parents.
I still take the Mikey, not around him obviously
Half my footie team are polish and we still can't pronance their names we call one Dave and one Gary. Both from only fools and horses. Amazingly they both have accepted their new names.
The best polish bloke I have ever known was a bloke called Henry. A member of my gliding club. He flew spitfires for us in the war. I had a lot of time and respect for him, we still took the piss.

We said hello to TellyMackus again last week and today Bad-Bitch aka Good Gurl said hello as she passed my mooring. She seemed quite pleasant so I didn't stab her.

We've met a couple from this site....Dogless (Rog & Jane & their beautiful flower array on top of their boat) this summer, Jenlyn (Steve) & his lovely partner and I must say he is a really nice person and ever so helpful & generous.
From the other site we've met: Ray T. and although he was very nice and helpful when we first bought the boat, seems to have a real hate for WB's now Capt Fizz who is a #1 guy and a great welder, Terry & his lovely boat Ollie Keeping Up (Alan) nice gentleman I "think" we've met Delta 9 when buying an achnor from him when we were in Braunston Marina?? whether it was him or not, he was a nice guy David Schwnezer (sp) bought one of his oil lamps - I love the lamp we've also met Alan & Kath Fincher - I hate to admit it, but we've had them on the boat for coffee & sweets - that won't be happening again any time soon:) I'll leave it at that, my Dad always said if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. Oh, we've met Barry as well, the one with Ricco the dog...same rule applies
