I'm not suggesting any individual is daft. My point is that the management nhs style is fuckin broken. Based on a single individual's purchasing decision?, when I have given you a perfect example of how it could and does work when somebody applies a bit of nowse, and it's not that uncommon. I gave you one example. There are thousands of other examples you could find on Google. Don't try to undermine what I am saying simply because you've lost.

You are spouting about something you know absolutely nothing about. Oh you like to think you know what you are talking about but you don't have a clue. I'm undermining what you are saying because you are talking shit.

Nice meme, is that it?
No more actual facts to substantiate your 'argument'?

BTW - saying someone is talking 'shit' is not personal abuse, it's a description of what they are saying or writing. If I said you were a 'shit' that would be personal abuse.

I remember a very senior manager at a hospital telling me he was down to buying tons of unnecessary cutlery and crockery, simply to spend the allowance in order to not lose it the following year. Sad in its own right, but fuckin hell, of all the things to buy, cutlery? Very much a government dept problem. We didnt have this problem so much in the forces but I have seen it in the civil service ideology, my last unit had a large civil servant staff and was self funding we had a definitive budget, first year we had an underspend so civil servants were dreaming up ideas on what to spend it on! Luckily the OC and myself had the purse strings so we replaced an old C3X JCB with a newer and better model, people were gutted that we had wasted the money!! The old JCB was sold in the next financial year and did good money as it was still serviceable. Two years later and only servicing to pay for, the new JCB had saved us a fortune in repairs. In relating this to hospitals how many sets of crutches/whellchairs etc are ever recovered? not a lot I can assure you and how much does that cost us? Also another thing to look at as migrants migrate back, the population starts to fall wont that reduce demand on the NHS in fact on everything , housing, water, sewage, need to import as much stuff? a win win situation, with the bonus that we will reduce pollution and the extra electricity saved will help power electric cars

The NMC wasn't the only source I cited. The only bullshit being fed here is yours. Mines all factual, don't go making yourself look silly. Everything i have stated in the last hour is fact. No yours is unsubstantiated anecdote with nothing to back it what so ever. I have provided some evidence to back my claim that Brexit is having and will have a negative impact on the NHS in terms of recruitment of EU Doctors and Nurses. You however have provided nothing to counter this other than calling it 'bullshit' and 'propaganda'. If you could try a bit harder to find something that shows there is going to a positive affect on the NHS post brexit, please post it up so we can have a look. (And please don't try the bus side advert one as the credibility of that has long since been blown out the water).

The only effect brexit will have on the nhs, will be the end of freeloaders from Europe abusing the system. Paying fuck all in, but getting it for free since 1992.

People from Europe working here pay taxes, so they do pay to access the NHS, is that really the best argument you have got, really??? You really should vie for the UKIP leadership with that depth of argument.

Your not really grasping the context of my posts are you martin (evident from your attempt to undermine me yet again, this time using ukip). The nhs was built and survives on long term investment. Invested by many of us for decades. Hundreds of thousands suddenly using its resources over a 5 year period having paid fuck all into it will cause strain. The logistics to deal with such numbers were, or never will be in place. That's fuck all to do with UKIP, it's just fact and common sense.

Can you evidence that hundreds of thousands of EEA nationals actually used the service please, or is this just more mere anecdotal rhetoric. BTW - The reason I am undermining your argument (and mentioned ukip) is because you are just trotting out the same old stuff they did (and still do). So using your 'you should only get NHS treatment if you have paid into it for a long time' what about UK citizens/residents who never have???. Some EU citizens have paid more towards the NHS in the short time they have been here than some UK citizen's have in their lifetime. Do they just get free NHS care because they are 'British'.
