The fact that it isn't displaying licence plates, or a licence, or a name, and the vendors aren't prepared to give you any of this information rings enormous alarm bells with me. I mean, if the boat was yours to sell then why would giving a prospective buyer basic identification be such a secret? You wouldn't buy a car if it had no number plates on it and the seller refused to show you the log book. If they did accept my offer I would want to see everyting before handing over a penny first and if i wasn't happy then there is no way the deal would go through, but there choice as no one in there right mind is going to go for it unless they get a more with reality and stop there cloak and dagger game..

If you saw the BSS, then that will have registration details on it. Didn't show me a thing but asked for it, there answer to everything is the details are all on ebay, my answer was no there not, she just smiled and i walked off...
