I've just upgraded my data allowance from 10gb a month to 20gb a month.
However I have now discovered this allowance includes 'go binge'.
I think it's got something to do with Netflix and some other similar site, but until I can get an authoritative answer from a Three shop, can anyone explain what 'go binge' means in this context.

It means they are giving you something you don't need for nothing. Why? Is the question...

It’s means Netflix and some other streaming sites t won’t be counted against your monthly 10gb. So basically you can use Netflix as much as you want.

Its a bit naff directly comparing internet use to problematic alcohol consumption in an advertising campaign.
I'm not sure if it ever made its way into the DSM but I believe there was some discussion about making internet addiction disorder an officially diagnosable mental health condition.

A few years to go before the general populace wakes up to the fact that social media is designed to be addictive as possible. The likes of netflix are just trying to redirect your spending from the likes of Sky (and doing a good marketing job of it).

It's a way to seem like they are giving you something free, when it is actually a money making scheme. Of course the bandwidth cost to the ISP is the same whatever site you visit, but Netflix are probably paying a substantial amount for this. If ISP's get their own way, the eventual business model will look something like this.. Mainstream websites will have to pay to be included in certain packages. Users will have to pay a premium to access the whole internet. Small independent websites like Thunderboat will not be visible to most users.

Thanks for the replies, which taken as a whole indicate it's something I need not concern myself with. I'll restrict my binging to cake, booze, and of course thunderboat Rog
