For the last couple of years I've been having an issue with precisely 297 canal related pictures. locks, pubs, bridges and marinas etc appearing in my phone gallery.
I've kept deleted them and they just keep coming back.
I now think I've narrowed it down to almost every or every time I use canal planner.
Does anyone else suffer with this or does anyone know what I am doing wrong and how can I prevent it?
god knows how much data it eats up.
many thanks adrian.

however I only noticed the other pics today, but they were dated 17th.
so I will wait a few days and see what happens.

It may be that your photos are backed up in the cloud (Phone Settings menu) and when you delete the photos you are only deleting them locally, so the next sync they are all restored again. You should be able to check this in the Setings menu and change it if required.

I checked my Nicholson's yesterday, and had no problems. The simple life can be less irritating Rog I checked my Nicolsonβs the other day. It said both the Huddersfield Narrow and the Rochdale were unnavigable as through routes. Clearly it was out of date. Oh! Wait a minute...

You should be able to check this in the Setings menu and change it if required. I've just had a brief scan on the cloud and did not see them. however it doesn't restore any other pics.

Delete all cookies. Delete browsing history 'since the beginning of time'. Press the 'device maintenance' button. Hide phone from wife in case 'mature ladies' pics keep re-appearing.
