well if they reckon its unfair that a widebeam has more space on board for its length so should pay more ... I just reversed it. Narrowboats use up double the mooring space of a widebeam with the same space on board so they should pay more, they are using up valuable limited mooring space and travelling over much more of the waterways for less money .... it's not fair after all there is much more water than there is bank to moor against Agreed - if your widebeam is 20 foot long and 12 feet and 20 inches wide.

Well as a narrow boater who stood up for widebeam owners at the MK licence meeting, I feel shot in the back. Get Chris to put a plaster on it for you. 😏 Only because your mate didn’t turn up.
