Is there anything in it which you would be particularly concerned over Nigel? I haven't had time to read this latest version kris. When the first draft came out I made various comments and suggestions to the chap in charge, and surprisingly he wrote back in appreciation saying he would incorporate at least some of my proposed amendments. Not having checked, I don't know if he has done, but I do know that others have concerns still. If I get time I will have a look, and if I see anything problematic I will let you all know - but everyone has different ideas and can read through carefully themselves, bearing in mind that some of what is incorporated has had Parliamentary approval to begin with. It is a matter of seeing how well or badly they have followed Select Committee guidance - if at all in some circumstances of course. The biggest trick will be to see what they have NOT put in that they should have done; that certainly formed at least one of the points that I made to them following the original draft.

Is there a typo there 'not' not 'now'? Yes. I just copied and pasted what was sent. The NBTA had written to the Chair of the Lords Select Committee complaining that the MLC were in violation of the undertaking to advertise the consultation on their website; this extension of time is the outcome.
