I love it when a plan falls apart... Not sure what value or insight that poll offers. I'd probably say bugger all.

I think it shows that Jack Dart is a twat. I don't think I can disagree with that.

And here we have one Jack Dart: "Jack Fart, a 24-year-old law student who has suspended his studies for a year in order to campaign for a second referendum on Brexit. Dart has travelled up and down the UK " 1. He's studying law but doesn't seem bothered the UK Government is breaking the laws of the land by shoving Democracy in the rubbish bin? 2. Where is he getting the money from for travelling up & down the UK? Here's the interview: www.france24.com/en/20190116-perspective-jack-dart-anti-brexit-campaigner-parliament-defeat-peoples-vote-theresa-may"I fink da yoof identify as young Europeans and want to do a bit of travelling and loving."

Council estate born and bred, young Jack most likely isn't.

Heh! The House That Jack Built. Or, rather, didn't! Why doesn't he ask his beloved EU to fork out for a new one? Anyway, how did he break it? "Weʼve raised £412 to Help Jack Dart replace his broken laptop and keep fighting Brexit!!." "Buy your own bloody laptop you Prick. Get a job or loan to pay for it like everyone else." "Buy your own you knob. By the way do you have any idea what democracy is?" www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/jackslaptop"I have spend the past 2 years fighting Brexit" - yes, Jack, yes. www.gofundme.com/help-jack-dart-campaign-for-a-people039s-vote

The thing is Foxy is that the idea of a united Europe/World is very powerful (and TBH a good ideal). However the paradox is that some people don’t realise that there is not one human being in this world who could be trusted to run the show.

One thing Jack and his fellow supporters seem to forget is that when we exit the EU we can all still identify as European, were not changing bloody continents.

But did they take a year off their studies to go ranting and raving about something political? *families

Bet neither of them have spent the last year swanning around the country, my guess is they have been studying hard. Phil

Good lad! He voted "Leave" at the referendum but he's a bit older and wiser now.

On a lighter note:
"Only slightly off subject here, but I’m looking for advice. I’ve got a moral dilemma here. I’ve never gone behind Mrs B’s back before (well, not that she knows of). However, she tells me that she’s not going to use her postal vote for the Euro election. I keep telling her she must do so – all the usual reasons for doing so etc. etc. I’ve tried thumbscrews, the lot before, but all to no avail. I’m seriously considering filling in her paper and sending off two votes for the Brexit Party. Can anyone see anything wrong with this or is it a breach of marital trust? After all, the good folk of Stoke Newington do this on a much larger scale and get away with it. It would also be for her own good."
"Just do it, don’t even think about it. Do you think a Remoaner would hesitate for a second"
"Check out Lutfur Rahman former mayor of Tower Hamlets, election fraud, financial irregularities and character references for a sex offender. The only surprise is that he hasn’t made a play to be an MP, its not like he isn’t qualified."
"If the subversion of democracy is good enough for Mrs May and all the other EU quislings in Parliament, it should be good enough for you Mr B."

Well there a turn up for the books. I also hear that EU residents here have been cheated of their vote, some forms not sent out. Could it be that they were likely to vote for a remain party?
