At the moment, the UK domestic transport industry is protected from third party country hauliers doing unlimited domestic movements, although it is the aim of the eu to remove all cabotage restrictions, only pressure from French, Dutch and Belgian trades unions has prevented this so far. Hopefully this will cease to be an issue for the UK with Brexit.

Thanks John👍 - I have signed the petition just in case my opinion gets mistakenly grouped with the wrong "silent majority" lot

But according to many, immigrants are what keeps the NHS going!! Without them it would all collapse - presumably indiginous Brits are just sitting at home stuffing crisps into their fat mouths in the knowlege that when their arteries clog up that nice Filipino nurse at the local (60 miles away) hospital will... err... save the day.

Not far wrong there lad, for a change. You hide your socialist tendencies well. Same goes for veg picking. I don't see the web footed locals of Spalding and the surrounding swamps queuing to go fruit picking, neither are the poor of the east end going to live in Kent for the summer. As Boris would say, just let it rot in the ground, we can eat cake!

Allowing hard working migrants in keeps the price down. It works in Finland apparently, cheap bus fares for kids. Though whether they allow non eu migrants to steal the jobs and women I don't know.

When the season is over they should go home, rather than stay, with entitlement to benefits towards which they have contributed little, or probably nothing.
