Really weird happenings over the last couple of days. On Wednesday evening I started to feel slight then moderate pain when I bit down on one tooth, an upper one on the left side, towards the back. Within a few hours this got much worse and the pain spread, all my teeth were hurting, my lips felt numb and I had a belting headache on the left side. This carried on until this morning. I've taken lots of ibuprofen and paracetamol but these barely touched the pain, I'd hardly been able to sleep at all.
This morning, while contemplating an emergency visit to the dentist the pain in my teeth started to ease. A few hours on 95% of it has gone but I'm left with a headache and runny nose, cold- like symptoms.
Anyone ever had similar, any ideas what's going on?

Feminax Ultra (tell the pharmacist your woman is having a bad period - that's how I got hold of it).
Alternatively Cocodamol. The fizzy ones at Tesco seem to be quite effective.
Have to hit it reasonably hard. Ibuprofen and Paras eat 'em all don't do anything.
When I had a nackered tooth I used Cocodamol and beer for a while then eventually went to the dentist which resulted in a bodged extraction followed by major blood loss and bacterial pneumonia which almost killed me.
surviving tese things make you stronger.specially the dentist thing.

When I've had sinus infections, every tooth can hurt.First went to my dentist expecting to have zillions of teeth filled/removed.He took X rays, then asked if I had sinus problems...

That was because the only coal I could find for the fire for a sensible price when I went to the boat by car was 10kg of house coal from a petrol station!
All burnt now and boat since stocked with some smokeless fuel.

And now my nose is streaming like I've never known before. well sounds as if its working its way through.. if no further toothache type pain u prob don't need decongestants ...this is where u suffer 'man flu' with fortitude.... Ive had couple really bad sinus bouts and like Trina said every tooth ached.
