At the end of the day, Dan's stupidity will do nothing but bring that forum down. This one is set to gain from that, so all good really. I note the guest visits here are substantially growing on a daily basis. It won't be long before some of the more "chicken livered" souls of cwdf build up the courage to join here. Have you ever seen or met him, . . . I haven't, but from going by the collection of whinging, vapouring e-mails I got from him whilst I was a member of CWDF, I did get the impression of a very weak character without much in the way of backbone. I met him once, totally by chance, and I didn't bother with talking to him. I'd say your description above befits him perfectly.

Sounds like exceptional Prime Minister credentials Dan for PM

Your magnanimity is boundless, Paul . . . . . 'human being' is not a description I would apply to this menopausal ratbag. I think you're right about them checking PM's for anything remotely critical of site moderation. Last Wednesday I earned a third warning point and got put on 'Mod queue' for posting the 'Interim Schedule of Costs', now over £40,000 and still rising, that C&RT are concocting to hit the Lightship's owner with. This morning, after not having one single post approved of and shown since Wednesday, I was in the process of PM'ing everyone who had shown a genuine interest in the thread with my e-mail and phone number so they could have access to everything that CWDF was/is suppressing. I only managed to get part way through the list of names before I got zapped and sent this : ~ Warning issued by wrigglefingers for Breach of Site Rules in Profile. Given 1 points - expire on 08 Apr 2017 08:10 AM. Ability to create content removed permanently. Suspended permanently The sheer arrogance almost leaves me lost for words, but never mind, perhaps the daughter she bemoans as having abandoned her in her site profile will pay her a visit one day soon, and put some weedkiller in her tea ! Did you get any email etc replies to your PMs, did any get out? Yes, a good few before I got zapped, and replies from almost all of them. I'm working on the assumption that there won't be any problems with posting any of the Liverpool stuff, or any of C&RT's other fuck-ups, on this Forum , so I'm inclined to start a thread on here to to which to direct those who responded, and to cover everything that's been suppressed by CWDF since last Wednesday, . . . or maybe the whole lot, from CWDF, from when C&RT forcibly boarded and seized "Planet" without lawful authority to do so. I'm open to suggestions.

Folk will sooner or later need to be "crt aware", things are going to get a lot worse before they get better. Delta was clear enough when he presented this forum, he would allow freedom of speech.

I've just had a quick look through the 'Canning Dock' thread on CWDF to see how many posts have been wiped out and it looks as though "Gaggle", who started the thread but took very little part in it as it developed, has also been subjected to today's C&RT orientated bout of ethnic cleansing. His profile/avatar isn't working any more.

Tony only one word of caution. Do make use of ," in my opinion" and "I think" to protect the forum from libel claims. Maybe a signature which says something like "this post is my opinion and understand of the situation"
Maybe D9 could as a separate 'legal area'
You have my support, I may not agree with you all the time though.

Thanks Graham, . . I'm pleased that we're going to have our differences, . . . I do find disagreeing so very agreeable. I really don't see the need for watering down anything I say with riders such as 'in my opinion' and 'I think' being tacked on here and there. After all, it's self-evident that any statement or assertion is my opinion and what I think, and hasn't originated from the site or site administrators. To me, including such provisos in anything said would only serve to hint at the possibility that I may have some doubts as to whether or not I'm right, . . . . but I don't do doubts (about that), as you may have noticed.

Thanks Paul, I've missed bumping into you on CWDF, . . . were you obliterated as well, or did you just get sick of it and the way it's run now ? I only stuck with it for as long as I did because it was such an effective and useful means of getting at C&RT and unnerving or misleading them. C&RT's CEO, Parry has got so rattled by it that he's got C&RT staff monitoring CWDF and reporting back on embarrassing and adverse stuff. The most recent and most satisfying instance of this was at the beginning of September when they had one forum member, "debbifiggy", who is a C&RT Enforcement Orifice, relaying some of Nigel Moore's posts to Shoosmiths and Stoner, the C&RT barrister he was up against, in an attempt to discredit him and persuade the High Court to deny him right of audience representing a man who is suing C&RT for damages after they illegally deprived him of his boat.

Tony, Whilst you might think something is your opinion, your view etc, You have an understandable tendency to state things as fact. An example possibly, that the removal was theft. Now most people can see where you are going and if Planet was theirs might feel the same way. However in law theft is a very specific offence and accusing an entity of it is libel even on the internet. However if in your opinion the removal amounts to thief. That is your opinion, what you feel etc.

#1 At the risk of being suspended, may I ask...: post #1 Bettie Boo
It's been almost a day & 1/2 since the two threads discussing section 8's have locked, with the threats of suspension if we dare try to discuss it.mad.gif I was most interested in the one that has been running for the past 5 months and would like to know if it will be unlocked or not; and if not, why?angry.png
