Trump, meanwhile, started showing voters exactly what he meant when he said he "...would bring change to Washington, D.C.".

Of course, the presidential aeroplane, Air Force One, will have to undergo some modifications... Previous configuration: Trump's modifications:

Paul, you simply have to accept that Mr and Mrs America have had their say, and give your new president a chance.

Personally, I think America will be fine under the Trumpster. So will we all. What has alarmed me most of all about all this, is the fluffy bunny brigade. Blimey, they don't half go on about stuff if it goes against their own thing!

Well I did think Trumps rhetoric during the campaign very reminiscent of another in history who I studied at A level This other charismatic individual swayed the masses by working perceived injustices I can only hope that Trump will settle down, that there are indeed measures in place to prevent a total f..k up

It might be adoption of a known successful method.

Just reported on the news that 'Obama care' is not going to be entirely dismantled by Trump, despite his election rhetoric.
As with Brexit, I believe it will be some time before a true picture of what's happening will emerge.
The rest is just sound and fury.

Will peterboat be making a bet on how long Donald Trump has to live? He seems to be awfully good at making some extra cash from this lark Trump could drop dead of a heart attack or stroke - he certainly looks like he has high blood pressure, and is old. He could be assassinated. If he snuffs it, does Hillary get in automatically as she's the Nation's next favourite? The T-C & Brexit circus has been entertaining, but it seems to me that there have been no real changes, apart from the Pound having fallen over a cliff. The only real changes you can make are by hassling your local politicians and exposing them for the frauds they usually are.

The T-C & Brexit circus has been entertaining, but it seems to me that there have been no real changes, apart from the Pound having fallen over a cliff. When did you last look at the rate? 1.16 € 1.26 $US Both the above today's rates. Certainly they're both down from pre-Brexit of 1.26 and 1.34 but hardly 'fallen over a cliff'

Latest scuttlebut suggests Trump will be either impeached or resigns & he hasn't been elected yet www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/11/11/prediction-professor-who-called-trumps-big-win-also-made-another-forecast-trump-will-be-impeached/?hpid=hp_rhp-banner-low_prediction-professor-130pm%3Ahomepage%2Fstory" At the end of our September conversation, Lichtman made another call: that if elected, Trump would eventually be impeached by a Republican Congress that would prefer a President Mike Pence — someone whom establishment Republicans know and trust. “I'm going to make another prediction,” he said. “This one is not based on a system; it's just my gut. They don't want Trump as president, because they can't control him. He's unpredictable. They'd love to have Pence — an absolutely down-the-line, conservative, controllable Republican. And I'm quite certain Trump will give someone grounds for impeachment, either by doing something that endangers national security or because it helps his pocketbook.” So while Republican voters clearly came home before Nov. 8 — network exit polls show 90 percent of GOP voters cast ballots for Trump — it's less clear that the party leadership is on board. (Lichtman actually isn't the only person to predict a Trump impeachment; this morning, the New York Times's David Brooks suggested that a Trump impeachment or resignation was “probably” in the cards sometime within the next year.)"
