The same MO from Palmer over Tadworth, when he's found out he claims ignorance, and tries to wriggle off the hook. The worm. He's studying for a degree now, so perhaps he will come up with better excuses 😂😂😂

The report back from this morning's hearing suggested that amongst the outcomes was an order that " he is not allow to ever bring it back . . ."
I am hoping that that was merely interpretive, as in how most people erroneously take the "without prior written consent" to mean. Erroneous, that is, if not to be totally ultra vires, rather than as CaRT wish it to be meant.
Any offers for funds for a transcript? It should only be a half hour I suspect.

Any offers for funds for a transcript? How much? I will ask how long it did take. Maybe £200 at a guess, unless it dragged on.

Bloomin heck - £200 is a lot of money for most people - especially as the transcript will already be written!
Let us know the cost estimate.

Bloomin heck - £200 is a lot of money for most people - especially as the transcript will already be written! Let us know the cost estimate. The transcript will not already be written. Recordings only are held by the courts, and only released [on request] to approved transcribers with whom you have agreed a purchase on their quote. I have now been told it tool about 40 minutes. i will ring my usual firm on Monday and ask for a quote.

So why not release the recordings then? For a nominal fee, or do they do already?

I'm willing to chip in, not sure what we are looking to find in there though ?
I take it for granted everything CRT say is not true, not sure I need to pay to find that out.

Only whilst they still have some trust from the general populace... Will be interested to see what the quote is and compare it to my estimate based upon some very inexpert assumptions (feel free to correct me). Assumptions;
Cost per 72 words (folio) = max of £1.63 based on 2014 figures - from formfinder.hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/ex107-info-eng-20160121.pdf
Rough average of 150 words spoken per minute.
40 minutes
Makes 40x150= 6000 words, makes 6000/72 = 84 (folio's), makes 84x£1.63 = £136.92 + vat (if payable).
Happy to contribute but would want to see why the costs are so high before committing.
