I'm staring down the barrel of a gun with the words written "six hours in a small electric canoe with a gallon (UK) of beer on the Thames in Berkshire". Christ on a bike. Worse things happen at sea I suppose ! u take care.... what seems a good idea at this moment in time may, in fact not be

Picture of roses that cover a tree.. still maybe thousands more to come out.. not the dog rose. There are 'wild roses' in the hedges

Seems a little chilly for June. Been slightly breezy too which is a little irritating in some ways. Fire going.

I do hope that Vince's email is successful and it achieves the aim of fucking TonyBaloney off for good. Well if she looks and bothers to read through all the toxic on here she will soon see that its not only TD writing offensive material. The mud slinging back n forth accusations are not pleasant. I just skim past the stuff that makes me feel quite sick... but then I guess I'm a snowflake She may act.. but then again she may just ignore.

Ms Rowling is not their fave person so I doubt they will be playing quidditch. Bletchley Park is interesting though. Perhaps they will be demanding a non-binary computer. I knew someone who used to work there, a very interesting individual

The plants grow tall and ofte make natural arch shapes. my daily amble takes me past so I will be photographing .. u r prob right as the flowers are smaller..I think

Anyway. I got a Breville mini slow cooker from the cherry tea shop for a fiver. Seems alright and has been tested. Its a stainless steel thing with a ceramic bowl and a glass lid. Quite a nice item and apparently uses 120w. Question: What do I do with it? Has anyone tried one of these? I have acres of power due to large solar panels and great batteries. I have a slow cooker ... son often uses it when he comes home and prepares food am then we don't have to think about what to cook I have actually used it but stuff I cook doesn't quite taste right.. not got his flare for cooking He does use lot of spices...

Oh and it says they will travel 3 hours per day, which must be exhausting for them since they are probably only accustomed to travelling 3 hours in a year. The poor things. I've a feeling someone doesn't know the route too well.
On the facebook page they give an itinery which has several consecutive days of doing approx 18 wide locks per day, but only 8 or 9 miles to do.....
I nearly went to London but little sis kept reducing her availability to assist and when I ended up with 2 days, I ditched the plan. I wasn't confident enough at that time to do solo. I guess if a 'flotilla' en route there will be moor parking places at Braunceston
