Just watched the Argentina game.
A good win in the circumstances. I just hope the injury list isn't going to prove too long or too serious. Silly error by Daly but the right decision.
A lot of pressure building for the Australia game. They are going to be eager to return the compliment, and beat us at home.
The unbeaten run is now at 12 under Eddie (13 total) which brings it's own pressures.
Whilst hoping for an unbeaten 2016, I fear the worst for Saturday. Australia have improved greatly, and fourth game in I fear they may have the edge. Hope not.

Yes it was a good win under the circumstances, but the way England adapted under those circumstances were great. I had an inkling yesterday we were playing 15 men plus Pascal Gauzere. Some very debatable refereeing decisions in favour of The Argies IMHO. Looked like B V was hurt big time, so I'd rule him out. Brown will probably be very much touch and go. So I think Mr Goode will be filling in for him next week. It would also be nice to see the tank driver return to pair up with May. But who know's what cunning plan fast Eddie has up his sleeve? Right, have to dash fairly soon. As I've got an appointment with a few pint's of Marston's Pedigree and Mr John Kingston's girls to watch this afternoon. p.s......Speaking to Bananahands again this week. Ford has definitely signed a new contract, but staying very tight lipped over who it's with.

Despite being a staunch England supporter I'd love to see Hooper clear the unhinged Brown out again, it was the epitome of little man syndrome at the 2015 RWC. You can imagine the conversation. Oz captain: Hooper go and rattle that mad bastard at full back, we can afford for you to have a breather for 10. Hooper, Yes Skip.

In view of Ireland's brilliant result, I've decided to think positive.
I agree with Stumpy regarding the refereeing, particularly in the wierd seven minute scrum fest before half time. Cost us a try and an unwarranted yellow card, when we were a man short anyway.
Lawes had his best game for a while, and Harrison made a great job of filling in for Billy.
Based on the highlights, the win never seemed in doubt despite the red card. The team seems to have developed leaders.
