Stuart garner should be.reasons being when you move your boat and just pull up that day. he seems to pop a sticker on your boat saying you ain't moved.when you've only just got there that day.then they wonder why I get mad.

I had forgotten to include the delightful Helen Underhill in our list, . . . she, at least I think it's supposed to be a 'she', was Stuart Garner's area Supervisor and has now been transferred to the Birmingham, or Fazeley area, while Garner is still slithering about around Nottingham and Lincoln.

I'm not sure if the title of this thread is quite.... err.... legal.... but I certainly agree that tabs should be kept on figures 'in authority'. Whenever you are approached by someone 'in authority' remember to ask their name and for identification, and for their boss's / employer's name and phone number. Tape conversations - mobile phones have recorders these days, so it's easy. After all, 'authorities' tape you when you call them 'for training purposes'.

Stuart garner has been hassling people around Nottingham for years . He must be ready for retirement.
I remember he took a dislike to a friend of mine years ago. So he used to follow him around, as you say Andy as soon as he'd moor up after moving. He'd appear and put a notice on his boat. Complete harassment and abuse of his position. From what I've heard he's "fallen" in the cut a few times. Complete knobhead jobs worth, mind you he's not alone there's a few of them in the enforcement dept.

I seen stu bothering starlite boat .boater ad traveled to Newark festival 20 miles then he went to Loughborough 30 miles then to Nottingham 11 miles as soon as he tied up on trent steps garner gave him a sticker straight away saying that he's not moved.then they wonder why you tell them to fuck off and take me to court

On the other hand, having watched this video, I agree with this comment added below the clip and am on CRT's side here:

Mr Baxter could spend many years repairing his engine in a marina or boatyard.

Yes I can remember Patrick and Elaine episode as I was looking at the time to contacting them as I was also told told move boat during flood conditions 2012 floods.well that case went ok for me Mr judge pugsley sorted cart out

Four years ago I hadn't even heard of CRT - apart from an article in Private Eye - and now I have read a great deal about them. It's all so complicated sometimes. Sometimes I agree with CRT's attitude and actions, other times they certainly seem to be an organisation to be held in suspicion. The salaries of the top management are disgusting.
