One of my boats is moored opposite that boat at the moment. It's the same yard where the sister to Lake is located.
Too much water about in the river for me to go out in dinghy and get pictures.
£75k seems quite a lot considering its a wooden top on it.

We are still waiting for the proof that lake has a sister boat?

The previous owners paid £20k for the whole thing! Then paid a couple of blokes to bring it down via the east coast. So it's definitely a good engine.
Not sure how much (badly needed) hull works the boat has had. It looks more like a repaint job but it may have had some proper works done not quite sure.

I suppose if the owners have been paying boat yard prices to have the work done, then they might have spent lots of money and be trying to recoup it.

The whole yard and all the moorings are owned by the original boatyard owner who leases it to the people currently running the boatyard services (4allmarine). That's not going to be a cheap lease.

Your boat looks good. All I can see of the other boat is a giant orange arrow.

Your boat looks good. All I can see of the other boat is a giant orange arrow. That's because my phone camera has a smashed lens cover. Messes up the clarity of the images. The short boat in question is A39 if I remember right. A boat which Peter bargemast was interested in.
