You didn't mention a pumpout in your OP and you just told Foxy the elsan is fixed, on another thread. Yes I am grateful to have a pumpout machine on my 10 grand a year residential mooring. Wow you give them nearly Β£200 a week, have you ever thought of moving out of London? Ps in case your really interested the elsan works again because they sorted the power out, the pump on the tank underneath had stopped working so it was full. But the pump out is still broken.

No public use on our machine so it does not do a lot or work as only 3 boats on the mooring. the nearest public one is Limehouse Marina which has a fob operated system for residents and a card operated system for visitors/public use. I imagine it is usually included in residential moorings as people tend to produce quite a bit more shit when living on boats as a primary dwelling than when just visiting occasionally, and "everybody's gotta shit somewhere" .

Ten grand a year with a free pump-out facility? A pub we called at was advertising a two course lunch for Β£19.95 per person, with a free bottle of wine thrown in. A bit like your pump-out, I suspect you're paying handsomely for the 'freebie' Rog

Ten grand a year with a free pump-out facility? I pay Β£312.50 a year for my mooring, although I do have to drive 1200 yards in my car to empty my shit down Rose Narrowboats' drain once a week.

I don't know how Mr stabby copes. What with going that car to empty the toilet. I would rather pay the Β£9700 For a free pump out.
Just kiddingπ
