Well after a faff about on deciding on a blast pot i won one off ebay, and 240 miles away, yes i should not drink and bid  I have been trying to get dimensions for a courier but still no luck and the seller has not responded in days with them so i was wondering if anybody is heading up or down to Grays, London to drag it back to North Manchester or even half way or so. I am guessing it will weight around 40kg ish. Beer tokens at the ready Now if i cant get down or anybody bring it closer then i have an excuse to buy Gazza a pint again while passing

I hope you have a dirty great compressor ready for that! Got two 50l 3hp, should get min 20CFM out of them I had same, I figured 2x 50l would be like 1x 100l with 2 compressors. What generally happened was one kicked in and ran all the time and the second, despite lack of flow, was prevented from starting by the first one keeping the pressure just above kick in point for the second.

Did you have the kick in and cut out set correctly. Any one way valves used ?

No one way valves, both set seperate to kick in at the same pressure, but one will always start before the other and prevent the second starting in my experience. With pressure so low at this point, despite whatever tool wanting more flow there wasn't enough pressure to provide it, just enough to stop the second from starting. The answer would have been wire both to the same pressure switch but as most of the time I used one for air fed mask and other to paint I never tried it.

(great fun!!!) Isn't it just! We ran out of time to get it cock on, not helped by discovering the hard way that the water pump and feed from the humongous water tank had parted company. The compartmentalised keel is a balls ache to bail out down to the section where the bilge pump is....

Sorry mate, I missed this earlier, been fighting with the Ormelite steering cables and partially seized rudder. Hey aslong as you busy with boaty stuff and not supping cider i have had so much this week being off work and the shit i have had ( another thread which will not happen, mite talk about it some time ) i am having a break from it............until we go shopping later that is, i have ran out Did you have the kick in and cut out set correctly. Any one way valves used ? No one way valves, both set seperate to kick in at the same pressure, but one will always start before the other and prevent the second starting in my experience. The answer would have been wire both to the same pressure switch but as most of the time I used one for air fed mask and other to paint I never tried it. Just going to run as you i think, straight to a Y piece to then the tanks via maybe another water trap.. Both tanks are MWP 150psi Comp 1 Cut out is 135psi and Cut in 90psi Comp 2 Cut out is 125psi and Cut in 90psi Both are run from separate points to avoid blowing the house up aswell lol. C1 builds up quicker so that may well alter things. not a clue untill i try it out. Sorry mate, I missed this earlier, been fighting with the Ormelite steering cables and partially seized rudder. and then trying to line it up so that the wheel's king spoke is at t.d.c. when amidships ? (great fun!!!) Outboard is the way to go by sounds of it lol. slap it on and go But what i would give for an inboard, was going to fit one infact but glad i never.
