your boat should have been built to allow bilge water to migrate from bow to stern. there should be 'limber holes' where the bottom stiffeners have had the lower corner cut off diagonally where it meets the sides. if the bilge space is not full of crud (insulation foam offcuts, sawdust, etc.) it should drain properly and there is no need to access every space between the bottom stiffeners. Although in many cases it takes time. Do not be alarmed if each day you find more water waiting to be pumped out. It usually gradually reduces. If it does not then note the amount of rain you have had. If the rain correlates with the amount of water in the bilge suspect leaking window to cabin side joints or roof vent seats. If its more a constant volume suspect a plumbing leak.

Emptying the water tank should make the bow sit higher in the water and help the water run towards the stern, as will rocking the boat from side to side.

It has been very rainy over the last few days, so if the leak is a recent thing that points to rain water getting in somewhere. With the food dye thing try tipping a load into the shower drain, run the shower slowly for a while and see if you get colour in the bilge water. With the water system last thing at night see how much water comes from the accumulator when the pump is switched off. Then let the accumulator refill and repeat in the morning, if there's a big difference there may well be a leak somewhere. Could also see if there's a difference between the water tank being empty and full. Last but not least welcome to the forum.
