Ah right, it's a very good and highly rated campsite. We always stay at Ferry Meadows on the boat, campsite is always busy. Good breakfast in the cafΓ©, free food for the wildfowl from the visitors centre/shop - Bodger will be thrilled to hear that We stopped there last year and I admit I got a bit of a shock whilst out walking the dog and discovered a Narrowboat moored on the nearby pontoons. I hadn't fully realised the lake was connected to the Nene till I looked on Google. They could do with putting another couple of moorings in, it was OK in the late 90's before the Middle Level locks were increased in length to allow boats > 45' through, a couple of 57'+ boats soon devours the space! It's also the last quite spot before the city centre and only about an hour's cruise to Stanground - this makes it popular with those heading for or retuning from the Levels/Great Ouse.

Would they have any interest in clearing my slaughter of excess floor coverings?

Thank you for your helpful, on-topic input twat. I take it you disapprove of my offer, or perhaps you are wealthy enough to pay full retail price. There's probably enough here to renew most hard floored areas on your boat like for like if your interested. I'm just trying to help Kriss.

Thanks to Tomsk for dropping the flooring off at the marina for me while I was away. Shame I wasn't about to buy you a pint.
