A balanced view would show some positive comments, perhaps in ratio with the total. Otherwise the word you are looking for is "biased". I blame the auto text suggestions. (Yawns) you really are a bore. "Slap"

The fact is it wouldn't matter if it was 10, 20 or 30 comments. The point here, is that some of their staff are stating exactly the same issues as some boaters. Smell the coffee buttercups. For those of you who go to tremendous extents in attempting to undermine anything that is said against CRT, you are on this occasion stuffed.

The fact is that there are issues with the current managment, that threaten the long term survival of the waterways as a navigable system. Some people who are concerned about this voice their concerns . Some like to make like ostriches and pretend it isn't happening. I hope a majority wake up to the reality before it is too late.

The thing is Steve it would carry more weight (much more weight) if it was a much larger sample, I think all that some are saying is that it's hardly representative of the work force as a whole. That is all. So TBH the number of comments does actually matter.

Anyway, I can't magic comments up just to appease the demands of a few strugglers.

As a consequence of the numbers of bankside staff that Parry has blown out, a sample of 10 staff probably represents quite a big proportion of the total numbers now comprising the (real and useful) workforce !

I feel sorry for the people who work for Crt that care about the waterways. Not only are they witnessing the infrastructure crumble before their eyes. But they are often passed over for promotion by people who have less knowledge of waterways. I lost count when I worked for them of the knowledgable bankside staff would see some one with no knowledge promoted in front of them. It's almost like the managment are afraid of people who have more experience of actual work on the waterways.

Thats the way to suckcess.

If you are going to do it, do it right, at the moment it could be seen as right on posturing, ineffective! Viewed and commented on by a measly few supporters.

There seems to be a lot of preducice against certain posters on here and on cwdf. I notice as soon as Steve puts some info up. Then the same charecters appear to tell him he's biased. Of course he's biased because he's Had more interaction than most with crt's management.
