You have to seriously question the ethics of someone who's willing to take much more money than he is due (alleged redundancy payment and written off loans) from an organisation that's set up to look after its members employment rights, I wonder if when his members were made redundant they received more than the government minimum?

I look forward to hearing JC defending him, or not.
as a dyed-in-the-wool Tory I admit to having a grudging respect for Corbyn - he seems decent and honest.
how he handles this will confirm (or destroy) my opinion of him.

These allegations which go back eighteen months have resulted in two enquiries. The first, by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards, reported over six months ago. The second, by the Certification Officer, which regulates trade unions, was published this week. Both cleared Ian Lavery of any wrong doing.

He may not have broken any rules, but is what he did right? Is it the sort of behaviour we want from our leaders?

Cleared of wrong doing or not, I refer you back to my earlier comment..... 'You have to seriously question the ethics of someone who's willing to take much more money than he is due (alleged redundancy payment and written off loans) from an organisation that's set up to look after its members employment rights'

Union payments are only made through a democratic process. I'd prefer not to rush to judgement if rules haven't been broken.

Never mind all that Andy, have you managed to get your hands on an AC Invacar?
