I'm shure Nigel would love a peerage, but there's no way they are going to let him into the House of Lords. Disappointed.

I can do better than that... Look... we never voted to become part of a European state in the first place. We voted to join the common market. So we were never part of βEurope β in the first place. Any good?

Without going back and reading the thread I've got no idea what I was going on about. So I'll deny all knowledge of it and claim foxy hacked my account.

Oh dear.... We'll never just get this Brexit deal done and dusted... A 'Battlebus"...and so the seeds of discontent will be dispersed far and wide..... time to stockpile the food, lift the drawbridge and wait it out... It was never gonna be easy, bet Teresa May feels she's trudging through treacle with a swarm of angry bees

I must admit that I sit further towards their viewpoint than anyone else.
I feel that no deal is better than a bad deal, and although I haven't personally gone through it in detail, I don't think it is a good deal. Claude has been putting the boot in supporting his own federalistic leanings and disregarding the damage that can be done to both sides
A bad deal could end up with us being much worse off long term than straight out and trading under WTO rules
eta. I think that us leaving without a good deal could also prove to be a major disaster for the EU.

It's all smoke and mirrors to confuse the dimwits, whilst the politicians, Mps, EuroMPs, slimy Belgians, useless Dutch, bitter Germans, corrupt Italians, greasy Spaniards and parasitic Romanians want to carry on partying with Other People's Money. Brits have been dumbed down so much by advertising, poor education, the BBC, feminazis and those who shout 'Racist!' that they are too timid to tell Germany and its Quislings to PISS OFF!
British firms can carry on with any trade deals they like with any other European firms, who are the Government to lay down the terms? It's as if this Government are a Mafia and want their own cut. We'll let you run your business if you slip us 20%.
It's so much better to express one's anger on a discussion forum where the Government spooks can snoop and analyse whether you rally are a threat (and then the 3am knock on your door and cart you away under one of the new Treason Laws) or just another hapless wally running around in circles (which is where your place is).
