Maybe, if your boat isn't too far away from home, and if you have a warm work(shop)space there, it could be an idea to remove the stove from your boat, which should be a fairly quick and easy job, and then take the whole thing apart in a warm space, to give it a good clean-out, de-cook, and when it's all done, back to the boat for a quick re-installation, so quick that you're still warm enough after the car ride when it's done.
