Limehouse lock where the Limehouse cut used to go out onto the Thames before it was altered to join the regents canal dock (limehouse basin).   |

Watched Countryfile on BBC2 to-day whilst pretending to get fit on treadmill...it featured Canal boats at Stoke Bruene and also the museum and showed footage of then and now for the working boats...it was quite interesting for a programme I never normally bother with...actually thats the first time Ive watched it and I walked me 6km....then decided to wander over Worms Head again to check that out..
