I'd go for the Enironment Agency preventing it which is was kris suggested earlier. I'm sure the council would have had it cut up and disposed of by now if they were allowed to. So he did. I did mean council/EA or some other body. Oh well.

A boat like that is definitely going to need a bodger ! Preferably a whole tribe of bodgers to get it vaguely working again.

I'd guess nobody has been paying for the mooring as paying would legally be construed as accepting the t&c's and the harbour authority. Could get on with it and chase the money later.
I'd also guess they've moved to another boat (in London) so no proper address and their post is piled up at a friend or relative's address.

I have lots of duct tape....it holds together several bits of Horror house and is there to repair anything that goes wrong....Its the first(second, third etc) line of attack. In my previous life when the children were young costumes for their school shows were held together by double sided tape..... So i can see repairing this poor broken boat is just a matter of lots of tape...

Ah, right, is this the team? I think I'll duck out of this one, but it might make an amusing tv series if you're short of funds. 👍

I hate to have to say this and it really sticks in my craw but.. Does anyone know any celebrities who could be drafted in to increase the profile of this salvage operation we are about to undertake? Nobody is going to watch a TV show without some dickhead celebrity getting their ugly face in front of the interesting view I don't know many celebrities . scarlet johansson is one of my occasional shags but I think it'd be a bloke's job to present a programme about a boat (yes I know its sexist) and I know no male celebrities personally. Does anyone have any useful contacts for this ?

Well son knows Ed Stafford but doesn't have a very good impression of him...cannot see really the 'Ed Stafford' save a ship catching out...we need someone who likes to renovate and who would love a bunch of sweaty sweaty ole TB'ers with one stylish woman(err thats me in case you are wondering) to boss around.... It'd make great TV....I could have a hat...
