Despite being proficient on Facebook the old man is trying to get to grips with the Thunderboat.
Come on Pops - you can do it! 🔨🔨🔨🔨🚢🚢🚢🍻🍻👍😎

I usually go (once every 2 months?) to the Members list and click on 'posts'. But anyway, contrary to wossisname's view (cdg?)(long departed), I'm not in this for the post counts and would be happy if someone overtook me. I'm quite happy that this forum exists where people are relatively free to say as they please (unlike the truck forum where they are not allowed to swear, which I think is over-zealous moderation).

Thanks to all of you for the welcome. On another forum I had the user name of "Keif's Mate" and an avatar showing A Colvic Fisher. I couldn't use Keif's Mate as a user Name on here, and the Fisher is long gone so I am using my original boat. A 16ft Mayland named "Out House Mouse". We still have the boat. I bought it on Hardley Dyke on the Broads and didn't give much thought to the name until one day I was asked if it was named after an American bomber. A little research and I found that "Out Hose Mouse" was indeed a B17 Serial 42-31636 with the 91st Bomb Group flying out of Basssingbourn. Avatar is the Nose Art of the aeroplane by Tony Starcer. Mouse was bought 92/93 ish and has been in the family since. Come on Pops - you can do it! 🔨🔨🔨🔨🚢🚢🚢🍻🍻👍😎 Here you are Gazza. Will slowly get things sorted. Probably need a few drinks to smooth the way!

So long as you never mention the word Mickey. Whether it be in connection with the mincing singer or a geographical location. Mickey is strictly prohibited. Unlike Nick's favourite word, which is perculliar when you think, most people can't bear his favourite word, yet Mickey is altered every time it's used. Funny old world.

It's embarrassing reading trucknetuk.com as all those big beefy lorry drivers have been castrated. Sorry, Stabby. But even in bus garages there's a lot more red-blooded language. Say it like it is. These truck drivers are being pissed on by cheepo Eastern Europeans but are not allowed to let out so much as a squeak. Livelihoods are going down the drain, politicians should be hanged for this, yet calling imported cheap labour who are stealing bread from your and your family's mouths "the sandal brigade" is bordering on the heinous. Free speech is being snuffed out.

Could Delta convert 'cunt' into 'rhubarb crumble'

I ended up on your door early '92 is what I'm basing it around.

He will probably agree with you I've got to give him some more tuition; probably over the phone - I've got to guide him on image hosting, he has many pictures stored digitally, some of which will be just desert for me being a cheeky so and so!
