Sorry Mr Osborn but I think it looks pretty awful Tbh.
Having said that I think the building it replaces is the one that has the shitty chain link fence covered in plastic bags which are known to make it into the hospital pond quite regularly.
£300,000 on canal improvement, can't see that going far in CaRT hands!
There are going to me many new developments in this area, just over the cut from here is a unit that was being demolished last year. Hopefully not everything along this stretch is going to end up a similar height.
Tarting up this might actually mean safer moorings on the run between Aston flight and the old 13.

'There will be no affordable apartments in the new block'well I guess market tailored for the more affluent..... Affordable housing is a con, it doesn't mean affordable for first time buyers seeking a home, it means at a price buy to let landlords can profit from.
