I don't trust any of the media at the moment. If it wasn't for social media, I wouldn't know what's really going on in the world, and yes there is also a lot of crap on there as well.

I find that whenever the media covers a subject that I know about they get it horribly wrong, and it's usually clear that the reporter has done next to no research. I can only assume that this is the same for all of the other subjects they cover.

Go easy on the reporters Delta, I knew a reporter on the Mirror. He produced well researched and accurate reports. By the time the sub editors had finished with them they had completely changed to reflect the views of the owner.

What irritates me most about the media (this is off topic) is that what they are most interested in is The Media and since we rely on The Media to bring us news we hear more about their issues than I for one want to!! For Christ's sake shut up about yourselves and just bring us NEWS.

I totally agree that the red tops and to a degree the others have played a part in creating a culture of suspicion and outright fear. The Suns headline about the 'sympathy' for jihadists amongst mainstream Muslims was a utter classic example. these people are not serious journalists and are only interested in selling more of their papers which people do to be kept 'informed' about the latest risk to their safety. they have a hell of a lot to answer for.

Totally talking out your rear end as usual, what about Muslim crime that the media have played down everything from Grooming Gangs and Rapists of Children to the disgraceful Abuse of German Women in Cologne and elsewhere. The fact is Prominent Muslims with one or two exceptions haven't done enough to disown Radical and Extreme Islam which is totally incompatible with Western Values and aspirations and furthermore our Prison System has been used as a de facto holding centre for these halfwits when they should be put on the first plane out .Perhaps Squadron Leader Loafer could file a flight plan.

Only just notice this! Yes, I would file them a flight plan, but it would be a hundred miles longer than they had fuel for!
