Perhaps the campaign should have asked for support from the NHS.

Is raising licence fees and causing boaters stress all round 'well being'? Not to mention the grief caused by yet again coming across broken paddle gear and wonky guillotine gates.

Possibly run by the volunteers with income for CRT. Obviously stuart mills prefers investing in retail units that have been in decline for some time.

It seems like Stuart mills has a lot of power over the direction cart are taking, without any over sight. I asked someone high up in the heritage department, "who has final say over what heritage is kept and what is sold?" The answer was the finance dept. The question as asked by jenlyn is what happens when there's nothing left to sell?

Stuart mills is top of the paylist at CRT, even above Parry. Plus he gets a hefty bonus each year. On the two occasions I met him, I discovered heritage was far from his list of priorities, this being contrary to the reasons for CRT being formed.

The biggest threat to the long term survival of the waterways is cart.

Does anyone know how many properties they have sold off since taking over? A lot. An foi might produce an answer, but I doubt it.
