When we bought our boat I got various tools etc for tinkering and adding things, including a spirit level. It didn’t take me long to work out that a spirit level is probably the most useless thing to have on a boat! I took it home. And you have a degree? Yes but I don’t have a degree in degrees.

I have a spirit level. Rog I have a protractor, Rog ....
..... that must mean I have loads of degrees, covering many angles?!

Cart staff have the wrong degrees, in Chaos theory when it's Flow Theory that's needed.

I know it's the cesspit of god's mistakes here and a lot of members have a pathological hatred of cart and authority in general but it does seem a concern that nobody from over a dozen votes has confidence in cart.
Presumably there is a deliberate strategy to degrade the situation to a point where something radical has to be done about canals. It seems very unlikely that this is incompetence by management. It must surely be a cunning plan of some kind.

A good yardstick of CRT management's "incompetence" is to nip down to their head offices and see what kind of personal cars they have in the car park. Indeed. Not going to be full of Mark 2 jags is it.

It is funny it seems one of carts main apologists Nick can't even be bothered to give them a vote of confidence.

Meanwhile, back to the shortcomings of confidence in CaRnT ......

I have confidence in some aspects of CRT and not much confidence in others. The poll is too binary. like me then, I have confidence that carts managment will waste money and let the navigation side of the waterways fall into disrepair whilst selling every bit of property they can get away with. I dont have confidence that cart will protect the countries waterways heritage and won't regard the intetest or needs of boaters very highly.
