While watching this video, I saw a boat that we've talked often about, and that still is moored somewhere where it shouldn't be moored. I'm wondering how long this sad story will take until it comes to an hopefully better ending. There are several other short moments from further away, but the most interesting sights are between 12:18 to 12:28 Peter.

There is some good news on the "Planet" front, Peter, best of all being that her rightful/lawful owner (certain parties, ie. Parry's snoopers, Criminal Boat Services, etc. etc. - please note) is recovering well from recent surgery to alleviate a life threatening condition, and subject to present rates of progress continuing, will soon be fit enough to take on lengthy journeys, . . . such as travelling down to the South West from Liverpool. Despite dear Mr Beacham's assurances that he had sold the ship months ago, we understand that someone who rang the yard to enquire about it recently was told that it's still for sale and was asked to write in with their details. See you soon, Stevie boy, . . . we're looking forward to the long awaited reunion !

Thanks for this news Tony, I'm happy to read that the rightful/lawful owner of the "Planet" is recovering well, as there's nothing more important in our lives than health. His condition would maybe make a huge jump forward if this muddy, dirty smelling situation would finally be resolved, and that he'll get his property back, and if possible with a huge sum of compensation for their unlawful and unnecessary actions. Peter.

However - details of what has happened to Planet in the past year are scarce. If there are guilty parties then it would be good to see them hunted down to their bitter end. Waiting for the outcome is interesting.

He never asked for the (supposedly illegal) towing to Sharpness Docks, there would have been other places less far away, and also less expensive It's a weird story right from the beginning, they removed the ship from Liverpool Docks with the help of bogus bailiffs, and the rest of the story isn't any better. Peter.

I know Maggers is joking, but red hot mooring pins in the eyes is really the only kind of language crooks like these understand. These people can be hunted down 'til the end of (their) time. Anyway, we'll find out what happens(ed) eventually, I guess. I expect CRT/Steve are just waiting for Tony and Alan to snuffit and then scamper away with their spoils.
