Update: well, there are none, looks like reporting what's going on in Paris/France/Belgium/Netherlands has been stamped out entirely. GCHQ know where you live! Well, there's this: A poll by the Cevipof political sciences institute released Friday showed 77 percent of respondents thought politicians inspired "distrust", "disgust" or "boredom". www.france24.com/en/20190112-limited-participation-midday-act-9-yellow-vests

"Still current at: 20 January 2019" "Protests linked to the yellow vest (gilets jaunes) movement are continuing across France, with more planned on 19 and 20 January. A number of demonstrations have led to violence and extensive damage to property, in Paris and in other towns and cities across the country. A heavy police presence is to be expected and there could be instances of violence. Motorists travelling through France may continue to experience some delays or blockages caused by local demonstrators - you should drive with caution as some protestors may be based on roads, motorways and toll booths. In all cases, you should avoid demonstrations wherever possible and follow the advice of the local authorities." "There remain some migrants around Calais, who may seek to enter the UK illegally. There have been instances of migrants seeking to slow down traffic on approach roads to ports, including by placing obstacles on the Calais Port approach road. If this happens you should keep moving where itβs safe to do so, or stop and call 112 if isnβt safe to proceed (keeping car doors locked)." - or keep them unlocked if you believe in 'Open Borders'!www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/france

Seems to be very little news as to what's happening in France - have Britain's News outlets really been served 'D-notices' ? Yes

They reckon its the only way his popularity will increase foxy, also read that some French are very unhappy with his Brexit stance because they have realised we may stop visiting and trading with them

I'm still wondering why she didn't go to prison, as teachers (and all other "normal" adults) aren't allow to seduice minors, and the young (and already terribly disgusting) Emmanuel was still a minor at the time. It would be a good thing for France if they were both thrown into prison, but in different cells, as that way she can't poke her so beloved Emmanuels eyes out when he gets a visit from his not so secret lover Alexandre Benalla. Are you insinuating that Macron is... well... LGBTXYZ? "The Benalla affair (French: affaire Benalla) is a political and judicial case involving Alexandre Benalla, who served as a security officer and deputy chief of staff to French President Emmanuel Macron. On 18 July 2018, the newspaper Le Monde identified him in footage as the person who beat up a young protester during the 2018 May Day demonstrations in Paris while impersonating a police officer." "Alexandre Benalla (born 8 September 1991 in Γvreux) was reportedly a Socialist Party (PS) activist in Eure, his home department, before offering his services as a bodyguard with the PS, which assigned him to the entourage of Martine Aubry from 2008 to 2012. He was later assigned to protect FranΓ§ois Hollande as well as, briefly, Arnaud Montebourg. A week into his assignment, he was dismissed after causing a car accident and wanting to flee from the scene." Oh... a hit and run merchant... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benalla_affair www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/07/25/macron-jokes-not-lover-takes-full-responsibility-bodyguard-scandal/

"They shoot at the population with a weapon of war," he said. "Is that what France is like today? We just want to fill the fridge and we end up losing an eye." Just like the British Police beating up coal miners. I'm sure they are around today, and should be named and shamed, and their crimes never forgotten. Keeping the workers in check so the rich can have cheap coal.

There are grim times in every countries history..if we continually seek retribution for past misdeeds then I don't think we can ever be at peace Its the same on a personal front..should we all seek 'justice' for every past misted or should we all just learn to 'let go of it' the only person vengeance or fight for 'justice' damages is yourself as you can never find inner peace Sometimes what happens in the past should stay there...its like these cases against our armed forces personnel ..their past will continually haunt them for doing their job and obeying orders. Yes what happened during miners strikes etc was awful but who are you wanting to punish..the ordinary bobby for following orders in often very aggressive heated exchanges?..or the fat cats in their untouchable towers?..

I'm not young any more so can't say. Given that there's a 24 year age gap would either Macron, his wife, or both, be judged by the younger generation as being 'pervs'?
