Unless you can find someone with old stock, you won't get Comastic, or any of the vinyl based coal tar products, as the EU banned them. These coatings would not adhere to bitumastic, as they 'dissolved' the product, and every thing then fell off. I think the problem was caused by the vinyl content rather than the tar, and think I'm correct in assuming coal tar is what gives you the colour in bitumen.
