Get a bicycle, and travel by bus and train and make Greta Thunberg happy?

The best way to travel is by boat but for everything else I reckon virtual reality and drones for grocery delivery would cover most things.

"Plans to release three million Brexit Day 50p coins are 'paused' by the Treasury after the EU says the UK will not leave on October 31st" "Commemorative coins have also been minted in silver and gold proof versions." Oh well, the Treasury/Mint might get some dosh back flogging them on eBay.

boris made his statement in good faith I doubt that. He knew he could say whatever, and would be 'rescued' by the 'stay-in rent-a-mob'. And so it came to pass. But he did say he'd prefer to be dead in a ditch rather than delay Brexit so it will be interesting next Friday to see if he has kept his promise on this one. It's been a ruse all along, how can anyone have believed it?! I would prefer to be boating this half term and not at home decorating. But that won't happen either.

"Crowdfunder sought £10k for hitman to kill anti-Brexit campaigner Gina Miller Met Police officers are investigating threats to kill the businesswoman, who took the government to court over the UK's EU exit. Ms Miller, 54, successfully took the government to court in 2017 to prevent then prime minister Theresa May triggering the UK's exit from the EU without first seeking parliamentary approval. She was also part of legal action against Boris Johnson's five-week suspension of parliament this year, which was subsequently ruled unlawful by the Supreme Court. A GoFundMe spokesperson said: "We are particularly sorry for any distress this caused Gina Miller." How generous of them! £7,000 a month per MP for every month they delay a general election. Keep the money rolling in for our expenses! "Edinburgh MSP gets £10k expenses for hotel stays in Capital. Eastern SNP MSP Ash Denham has emerged as the Lothian politician at Holyrood with the biggest expenses claim. New official figures published by the Scottish Parliament show she was paid a total of £32,742 in allowances in 2018/19 - over £8000 more than the next biggest claimer.Ms Denham’s expenses included more than £10,000 for hotel stays in Edinburgh, including meals, which she is entitled to under the parliament’s allowances scheme because she lives in the Borders." www.google.com/amp/s/www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/news/politics/edinburgh-msp-gets-ps10k-expenses-hotel-stays-capital-648779%3fampI'm sure she's worth it.

It seems labour are still scared and 70 people voted against an election. Laws might be changed to force one through.
