You bloody swine!!! You are not helping! I have the chance of an immaculate Evinrude 3hp folding twin similar to the one in the centre of that photo, I can't justify it nor really afford it. Pictures like that could tip me over the edge 🙉🙈👍🍻

What is that one on the far right? I have one of these, but I took it to bits because it was seized. I have no idea, but I could go back over the next few days and try and find out.

I wonder if that was a production item or a diy modification. The clamp looks very seagullish.

Used to be a motorboat museum at the Watt Tyler park at Basildon which went bust a few years back. I didn't hear about it closing until it was all done and dusted and I heard later that most of their outboard collection went to scrap (It's one of the reasons I'm keeping a close track on the closure of the Goole waterways museum. The liquidators are doing their best to try and find someone or some group that will take it on ...... but CRT seem to be doing their best to hinder everything It's always been the case that historic working boats moored outside the museum, doubling up with the exhibits. This saves large boats blocking up the rather restricted visitors moorings. The liquidators were very happy for this to continue as it keeps friendly eyes around the place (including the other weekend the crew from the Freda Carless weeding and tidying up the kiddies playground area) CRT have instructed them to forbid boats mooring on the frontage as it is against their lease (?) and also have made them prevent access through the museum grounds. This has had the effect of blocking access from the visitors moorings to the road as the only other route is through Goole Boathouse Marina and their gate is locked at night. Previously, night time access was via the museum gate which used a BW key. This has the result that the majority of the CRT moorings are now taken up by 3 boats ...... and this is out of season !!! and you are locked in at night !!! The more contact I have with CRT the lower my opinion of them becomes And to think I used to moan about BWB I'm glad I am off their waters again from this weekend.
