Decided to use superglue in the end. Had enough in to fix the patch inside the cratch, seems to be holding well. Need to nip to Poundland later to get some more so I can do the outside patch.

I can't remember what it was called so a bit useless really, however.
When we had the trailer tent, we had some canvass glue and it held every patch solidly.
Purchased from a camping store. Probaly tow sure before they went bust. Useless I know.

Double useless as you don't know the name of the product AND the company has gone bust !

Saw an ad for Gorilla clear tape last night. If it's as good as their other stuff it may be what you need.

The Gorilla mounting tape is really good stuff ... and being a bit of a klutz it's good that it's easy to handle too.

Double useless as you don't know the name of the product AND the company has gone bust ! (giggle) It might not have been there. I suspect because we had spare material we actually went to a Conway dealer. But. Just to keep up with the useless info. I am sure they went bust and were brought by suncamp.
