There are many ways in which you can listen to or obtain whichever version, whichever segment of Douglas' work, in whatever format you prefer, anytime you like, for free.
I'd give the film with Martin Freeman a miss though. Because it's shit. Also the BBC tv series is a bit 'hhgttg lite' but it does remind you how the BBC used to be when you were nipper etc.

Currently, the latest book, a mix of Douglas' leftover musings pulled together by someone else, is going out at 6.30pm on BBC R4, catch-up available on BBC Sounds. Must dash Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz is on his way with a poem and a death ray. Not sure which is worse.
