Nope....don't need to vote. Live n let live tis my motto..maybe if there be a gathering of ne'er do wells who are intent on carousing beer swilling enjoyment I'd have a think but in that case theres bound to be a curtain twitcher who'd 'do the deed'...I think it'd have to be really bad for me to phone the cops, and then I'd be one of many.
Round here I think folks may bend rules but thats ok... I don't but then I don't mix anyway and tbh not really got anywhere else to go. When some puppies came up for sale about 27 miles away I woz tempted and daughter would have risk it but I decided it just wasn't worth the risk

I don't really care about folks being out and about tbh - Ive just done 5 months in self isolation mode over the winter so i'm darned if I'm going to hide in my metal coffin any longer than I have to.
I think keeping a sensible distance from folk for most of the time is easy enough... it's only in the "germ hubs" - sorry, SUPERMARKETS that you can't avoid getting close and even then, unless someone is coughing and sneezing away, I'm not going to worry too much about it.
Here in Skipton, folks are out and about - pretty much keeping the "suggested" distance from each other... already brainwashed into thinking they will die instantly if that "safe zone" is broken - the old biddies come and sit on the benches by the boat daily and I chat with them (from said distance) - sometimes 2-3 times a day the same ones... I NEED their interaction so I wouldn't dream of dobbing them in.

No. If they invade your personal space carelessly they should get a polite reminder. If they do it deliberately they deserve strong words or more. The regulations are there to keep people apart not destroy their mental health. If a family sets up a picnic in a remote field I don't give a shit and neither should anyone else. Yes, if dozens of other families follow suit it's a problem that needs to be dealt with. There are enough 'curtain twitcher' types around already, we don't want to encourage more to join in.

Yes, if they are causing harm to themselves or others, otherwise no, not just for breaking the letter of the law.
Jeff called the police yesterday, he went for a walk down Union Street (the main shopping street in Aberdeen) and someone passed him at 1.95 metres, he was straight on the phone to 999 and got them arrested.
Oh alright then, I jest. But he did call the police and did get someone arrested. A really drunk late middle aged guy (bearing in mind this was 3pm) who went up to the homeless guy who is always sitting outside the coop, and started shouting in his face at point blank range, telling him to go home etc, waving his arms around very close to the chap seeming quite likely to hit him. He eventually staggered off weaving down the pavement and Jeff called 101. Took ages of course, especially as he first dialled 111 by accident! In the event a police car drove past and Jeff flagged it down. Policeman last seen having strong words with said drunk.

If there is no hedge for them to sleep it off and they r being bothersome then our boys in blue should be informed ..well done jeff...r we supposed to dial 101 now? what happened to 999? and whats 111?

How is it fine to stand outside B&Q in a line with other people and breathing the air inside that store, whilst it is not OK to walk in the Pennines miles from another soul? If you are local to the Pennines then going there for your daily exercise is already permitted.

Jeff decided not to dial 999 because by the time he’d decided he needed to do something, the guy had staggered off so it wasn’t really an emergency.

If you are local to the Pennines then going there for your daily exercise is already permitted. How about if you are local to Brighton yet get a fine for sitting on an empty beach? The rule re not sitting on beaches or in parks except for a brief rest whilst exercising, is clear enough to me and, judging by the reported support for the lockdown, 2/3rds of the population. But then it is not about sitting on a public beach in splendid isolation is it? It is about if one gets away with it 100s will follow and that will destroy the reason the lockdown was put in place. Inconvenient, yes. Frustrating, yes. Necessary, very much so in my books. If it helps save lives I'm in.
