Ha! Yes. 'Convenient timing' it does look like. Perhaps best course is off to the vets and my bones to the glue factory. We used to have a Glue Factory in Littleborough, when I moved here in '79. Away from housing, it was rat infested, piles of hides and bones outside, a huge kettle to boil the bones in. I tried a search, no joy, but this pic turned up. A few yeas back, sat having our dinner and the house shook. Looked out to see the start of this fire. Our house is the left hand gable end at the bottom of the pic. There were oil drums and gas canisters flying. It was a roofing felt and bitumen factory, one of the storage silos, about 30ft x 10ft, had set on fire. A river of fire ran down into the wood. It had all burned out in about 3 hours. At that point the smoke plume stopped rising and spread over the estate. We decamped to a caravan site at the back of Hollingworth Lake for 3 nights.

I always think of NigelMoore as Q ... you just summon him @magnetman when you need guidance from a 'boffin'. I'm unsure if patty or chagall would be happy to fill the role of Moneypenny. Rog I'm not sure ..didn't they bop Moneypenny off? Not sure I want exterminating yet..... From what I can remember of the Bond films, right up to the last but one incarnation of the man himself, it was to Miss Moneypenny's eternal disappointment that the hero was always too busy elsewhere to have ever got round to 'bopping' her at all !
