I remember a thing on telly regarding a bloke who mainly pointed out that the purity of tap water is highly regulated whereas spring water is not.

I had brown water in the Highlands years ago it was really good actually. I think it's called bog water. Or is that another product? That's where we were or more specifically in the cullin on Skye.

There used to be a sign in the Baxters Soup visitor centre. It informed you that the water was tainted brown due to peat in the soil, they'd had the water tested and it was a better quality than the local tap water.
